Princess Jeweled Crown Cake
- Tools and Ingredients
- Cake baked in Wilton Crown Pan and covered in fondant
- Silver sheen airbrush color
- Various colors of jewels made from isomalt or Venuance pearls
- Hard candy jewel molds
- Food color
- Small amount royal icing in a pastry bag, fitted with tip #1
Make jewels ahead of time with isomalt and food color or venuance pearls. Set aside. Spray fondant-covered crown cake with silver airbrush color. Attach jewels with piping gel. Write "princess" with royal icing, any color, using tip #1.
